Bette began her real estate career
18 years ago and immediately knew that she found her home!
Over the years, Bette worked in many areas in real estate including new home sales, real estate investing and as a Realtor in TX and in late 2016 she transitioned into title sales where her passion for the industry and her entrepreneurial skills

Over the years, Bette worked in many areas in real estate including new home sales, real estate investing and as a Realtor in TX and in late 2016 she transitioned into title sales where her passion for the industry and her entrepreneurial skills enabled her to quickly ascend to a leadership role.
She lead a large regional direct operation sales & marketing team for a well known and respected national underwriter with a focus on connection. She created a metrics-based sales platform and a culture of servant leadership. Her ability to recruit industry talent, inspire and evolve her teams, earned her both statewide and national recognition, including the prestigious 2020 Presidents Club Award.
In addition to her sales & management accomplishments, Bette highly values and prioritizes industry education. As a Board Certified Instructor for Texas Realtors, she believes in making it a core component which leads to increased opportunities and exponential growth.
Her approach and ability to foster growth and development has produced remarkable results.
