 David Bravo Jr. has a well decorated career in the title industry. David was raised in a real estate industry environment, with his father being successful Title Rep, his mother being a prominent real estate broker, his stepfather being a mortgage broker, and stepmother owning an independent escrow. Real estate ran deep in his upbringing, and title became a clear career path. David studied at both USC Marshall School of Business and Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business. Success came relatively easy but his rise to the highest levels didn't occur until the great recession. It was then he learned to detach himself from the market. He moved into Sales Management in 2012, Regional Management in 2019, and in 2020 he became CEO of the emerging Monarch Title of California. Sales has always been top of mind for David, and Title Reps Only became the source of bringing value to the industry nationwide.
